WORK

I want to grow. But I’m already stretched.

I close my laptop, but my mind is still at work.

I want the next opportunity. But I keep wondering:

“If I take on more, how will I manage everything at home?”

HOME

I love my child. But I don’t like how I’m reacting.

Homework. Screen time. Getting ready. Asking the same thing again.

I want to enjoy being with my child. But by evening, I sometimes snap, shout or shut down.

Later, I replay it and feel guilty.

YOU

I’m there for everyone. But I miss myself.

Even when someone helps, I’m still the one remembering, planning and reminding.

My rest, friendships and own goals keep moving to “later.”

By the end of the day, there’s very little left for me.

What keeps draining you—and what would help you handle it differently?

What you’ll leave with.

A conversation, a boundary, support, recovery or a different choice.

04

One practical next step.

“What changed wasn’t my calendar—it was my capacity.”

I came to coaching running on empty. Work needed me. Home needed me. Everyone seemed to need something, and I felt like I had nothing left to give.

What changed wasn’t my calendar—it was my capacity. Through the coaching, I began to understand what I was truly carrying and what was quietly draining my energy. I learned to let go of what wasn’t mine to hold and to make space for what mattered most.

As I became steadier, everything around me started to shift. I’m more present with my family, more intentional in my work, and, perhaps most importantly, kinder to myself than I have been in years.

My overthinking has almost gone I get a clarity when i ask my mind is it worth to waste so much time in thinking all this and my mind auto switches

I am not angry on silly things anymore I pause before I react and that Helps becoming such a better person you feel it within

“But I handle it differently now.”
Read message as text

Honestly, before coaching I was just in survival mode. Rushing from one thing to the next and didn’t even realise how much stress I was bringing home 😅

The work helped me slow down and actually notice my patterns. Respond instead of react, you know? Nothing’s changed on the outside. Deadlines, school runs, all of it’s still there. But I handle it differently now. Home just feels calmer. And I think everyone can feel it 🙏

YOUR HOST

Hi, I’m Niharika.

Personal Growth Coach for Mothers
Engineering & technology leader · 19+ years of experience

I wanted to grow at work, and still be the mother I wanted to be at home.

I knew what it felt like to bring work pressure home when I wanted to bring patience, connection and playfulness.

I began noticing what drained me. Small changes in how I asked for support, shared responsibility and made time for myself helped me respond differently.

That journey became Thrive & Raise™.

I believe mothers should be able to keep growing professionally, stay connected at home, and not lose themselves in the process.

Your questions, answered.

Is this for me if I’m on a career break?

Yes—whether you are working, running a business or planning to return.

Is this a parenting workshop?

It looks across work, home and your own needs: responding, setting limits and asking for support.

What if I already know what I should do?

Knowing can be harder to use under pressure. You’ll practise making room to choose your next response.

Is it really free?

Yes. No payment details needed. Niharika will introduce an optional paid programme at the end.

Is this therapy?

No. This is an educational coaching session, not mental-health treatment.

Will this help me find a job?

This class focuses on work pressure, home reactions and your own needs. It does not offer recruitment or job placement.

Grow without
losing yourself.

Start with one situation you’re tired of repeating.
